A carne de porco alem de ser muito nutrtitiva ,tem pouca gordura e ainda é facinha de fazer ,esses dias estava com uma preguiçinha por causa do calor ,aí fiz esse pernil picado frito,ficou uma delicia ...nema requer receita ,pois é muito facil de fazer ...ispia só ohhhh
