Olá amigas tudo bem??? eu estou voltando aos poucos depois de uma gripe muito forte,o gabriel quebrou o dedo em pleno feriado de carnaval,o davi com uma mega gripe,muitas amigas me perguntaram porque do sumiço,algumas ja sabiam né ...mas outras não....a ggripe era tão forte ,que me impedia de ficar em pé,tive que fazer reposo mesmo,mas hoje ja estou bem melhor er estarei indo nos blogs das amigas comentar mais tarde ok,resolvi postar essa receita que postei na pascoa passada ,pois recebi inumeros e-mail pedindo uma receita facil de bombons trufados para a pascoa ok,como esse bombom fez o maior sucesso na pascoa aqui,com certeza vai fazer aí também,ele é bem facil de fazer,e todo mundo adora,forq eu alem de ser facil e pratico,vc popde também abusar de outros sabores ok.Vamos á receita ?????
Bombom Trufado de damasco.
300g de chocolate fracionado harald ( derreter 150g de meio amargo,150g de ao leite para fazer a famosa mistura perfeita ).
1 pote de creme de chocolate branco ( á venda nas lojas de doces )
100 g de damascos seco picadinhos ( antes deixe 30 minutos de molho na agua morna )
forminha para mini trufa
papel chumbo para embrulhar
caixinhas para embalar.
Depois que vc derreter o chocolate ,vc vai fazer a primeira casquinha,coloque na geladeira com um papel aluminio por cima para não pegar humidade e deixar secar a primeira casquinha por 2 minutos ,repetir o precedimento por mais duas vezes ok,pique os damascos e misture com o creme de chocolate branco ,preencha a fominha e cubra comk o chocolate,leve para gelar coberto novamente por 2 minutos,retire da forminha e coloque no papel chumbo ,decore uma caixinha ,e coloque eles dentro ok,Essa receita rende ,mais ou menos 30 bombons e a receita tem durabilidade de 15 dias fora da geladeira,e 45 na geladeira ok( desde que bem fechada sem pegar humidade .Se vc quizer vc pode usar chocolate nobre,eu usei fracionado pois o fracionada da Harald é de ótima qualidade ok,e seca mais rapidão e quem conhece chocolate sabe que os da harald são excelentes não é mesmo????.
